When an order is placed and paid at BodyMedShop.com, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process and pack it. Each order is divided in several smaller shippments, which are sent out from one of our distribution centers in Europe and Asia (depending on stock and distance to receiver). In discrete packaging, of course.
Everything ordered at BodyMedShop.com is being shipped via Regular Mail (AirMail).

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately we can no longer ship the packets to APO/FPO addresses. We suggest that you get your orders shipped to a civil address in USA and then forwarded to your APO/FPO address.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.
How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is too large to fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
How are the products shipped?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Since prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points in Europe established in different countries to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.
How long does the shipping process take?
Estimated delivery time for our Shipment is: 7 - 14 business days on average, sometimes it may take up to one month.
I live in USA and I wonder what happens if a packet can be confiscated at customs?
In some cases a packet can be confiscated at customs, but this happens extremely rarely (less than 0,25 % of all packets sent). In that case we will resend it at our expenses to alternative address.
Is a signature required for shipping?
Our shipping method requires no signature from your side upon delivery.
Is there a possibility for a shipping delay?
There are occassions when delivery is delayed due to Postal Services procedures (we ship only by regular mail, because it is the safest), however in those occasions delivery might take a little longer, usualy about a month.
What happens if the packet is confiscated at customs?

I have only received a portion of my order. Did you sent everything?
Each order is divided into smaller shippments, which are sent out of our distribution centers in Europe and Asia. Shipping times may vary therefore all items from one order are usually not delivered on the same days, but within a few days frame.
I have ordered a product from a certain company but I received a product from a different company. Why?
The most probable reason is the product you ordered went off stock at the time your order was placed. To avoid delays we may send the same product from some other company. However we always take care the replacement contains the same amount of the same active substance.
I have placed an order, but later I found out that my order was deleted. Why?
If the order was placed but payment was not sent (WU Money Transfer) or payment was declined (Credit Card), then the order is automaticaly deleted by our system after a few days of inactivity.
I never placed the order at your online pharmacy store, but I received a notification that my order was deleted. Why?
You may have visited our web-site and placed a product (or more products) to a Shopping Cart but then you closed the browser or navigated to some other page without completing the Checkout process. However, as soon as you add some products to a Shopping Cart our system registers a new order with a status Temporary in our database. Temporary orders are normaly incompleted orders and they are deleted after 3 days if you don't complete the payment process.
I received the order, but some vials were broken. What is your delivery policy in cases like this?
In case the products are damaged we re-shiped them at no extra costs if you can send us a proof on our email address. We consider a digital photo of the damaged products as a suitable evidence to re-ship the products.
It's been 14 days since you shipped my order but I didn't receive anything yet. Will I get my order?
Usualy it takes around 7-14 business days (10 to 20 days) for delivery of packets, but in case of postal delays it may take longer. In some cases it may take around 1 month for delivery, but the packets are delivered although with a delay.
