Usage and Dosing of Deca Durabolin

Deca Durabolin is a long-acting compound known as a very fast muscle builder. It is usually injected once per week at a usual dosage for men in the range of 200 - 600mg (1-3 vials). Optimal effects (best gain/side effect ratio) are expected at around 2mg of Deca per pound of bodyweight/weekly. Deca Durabolin is also a popular steroid among female bodybuilders but on considerably lower dosages - around 50 – 100 mg weekly (0.25 – 0.5 vial).

Due to its long-lasting effects and mild properties Deca is very suitable for long-lasting cycles, which duration is 8 – 12 weeks and are considered to be the most efficient producing an even gain of quality mass.

In these cases an estrogen antagonist such as Clomid or Nolvadex should be used for a few weeks to provide a good level of testosterone stimulation.
